FCC Environment and Lincolnshire County Council are five years into a 25-year partnership to deliver residual waste treatment and transfer infrastructure for the county.
As well as the environmental benefits for Lincolnshire; the North Hykeham plant is expected to save the County Council approximately £30 million over the lifetime of the contract by drastically cutting the waste which would have gone to landfill.
