I have a Masters Degree in French and German from St Edmund Hall, University of Oxford and have worked in international sales and marketing since 1984. During those years I either lived or worked in France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. (I also speak Schweizerdeutsch.) I am offering private tuition to GCSE and A Level students of English Language, French and German. This is delivered via Zoom and can be 1-2-1 to to small groups at the same level. I work with students who are struggling and under-performing and with talented students aiming to gain places at the universities Oxford, Cambridge or Durham. Because of my commercial experience in international sales, I am also willing to work with companies wishing to attend trade events in Europe or hosting visits from European buyers. I can act as a 'fixer' to make sure that such events run smoothly and make a positive impression.
